Refund policy

Thanks for choosing The Fision.com! We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, but we know that sometimes things don't quite work out. Don't worry though, we've got your back!

Returns and exchanges are a breeze. If you are located within the US you've got a whole 30 days from the date you bought your item to send it back to us by mail. To be eligible for a return just make sure your item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it and was purchased from The Fision Store. And please, keep that original packaging in good shape! If an item arrives damaged, or defective, please reach out to info@thefision.com.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on International orders. 

When you're ready to return your item or exchange, just head on over to our return portal. It's a super easy process. Oh, and the best part? We cover the shipping costs and there are no restocking fees. So go ahead, shop with confidence!

To start the return / exchange process:

  • Have your order number and zip code handy
  • Visit our return portal
  • Select the items you would like to return
  • Select if you would like to return for a full refund, receive a replacement, or exchange for something similar
  • Download and print the pre-paid shipping label
  • Package and ship the items using a pre-paid label
  • Bring the package to the carrier shown on the label.

Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and let you know we've got it. We'll also keep you in the loop on the status of your refund. If everything checks out, we'll issue a refund to your  original method of payment. Keep in mind that it can take a few days for your refund to show up, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases. Our top priority is to get you into your t-shirt quickly. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Please email info@thefision.com with your order information and we will do our best to accommodate any modifications.
